What is a refillery?

A refillery is a shop where you can bring your own containers to refill everyday products like cleaning supplies, laundry soap, shampoo, and more. Instead of buying new plastic bottles each time, you reuse what you already have.

At Tide & Tare, we carefully source products that are eco-friendly, while still providing high-quality products your family can trust. We work with partners that are leading the way in sustainability and source local as much as we can.

How does it work?

Bring your clean and dry containers, choose your product, and we’ll weigh, fill, and charge by the ounce.

No container? No problem—we have free, donated, jars and bottles as well as containers available for purchase.

We also have incredible eco-friendly, zero-waste grab and go products for you to enjoy as well.

Where can I find you?

For now, we are exclusively mobile. Find us at local farmers markets and community events. Follow us on Instagram and Facebook for our weekly schedule.

Are your products safe for sensitive skin?

Yes! At Tide & Tare, we carefully choose products that are gentle and safe for sensitive skin. Many of our refills are free from harsh chemicals, dyes, and strong fragrances, making them a great option for families, kids, and anyone with skin sensitivities. You can shop confidently knowing our products are eco-friendly, effective, and kind to your skin.

Can I place an order online?

Currently, Tide & Tare does not offer online orders, but we’re working hard to make this available very soon! For now, you can visit us in person or at local markets to refill your favorite products, reduce waste, and support our community.

This is a lot! Do I have to overhaul my house??

Not at all! You don’t have to overhaul your whole house at once. Every small swap makes a difference, and starting somewhere is what matters most. We are all about balance here.

Return Policy

Our Return Policy is within 14 days with Receipt for Un-Used Hard Goods. To be eligible, your item must be unused and in the same condition you received it, including original packaging.

Items that are non-refundable:
-Sale or Seasonal Items.
-All Refilled Items are final sale for health and safety reasons.
-Gift Cards.

**Please double-check your container size and product choice before filling — we’re happy to help if you’re unsure! Utilize the by-the-ounce purchasing system to test these products before larger quantities are purchased.

Defective items are eligible for exchange or store credit.
